  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Items purchased during special clearance or promotional sales unless defective.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide clear photographs of the product if it is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable.

6. Replacement Policy
